RCS – Tuesday Night Grocery Distribution

Location: All Saints’ Episcopal Church, 4550 N. Hermitage Ave.

Description: Join LGBTQ+ and Ally Volunteers as we partner with Ravenswood Community Services. Volunteers will help set up, assist with the distribution of groceries in our client choice style pantry, package to-go dinners, and clean up at the end of the evening. Volunteers should be comfortable lifting 20 lbs and going up and down stairs. Help us during the holidays as we provide food to those in our community who need it most!

Ravenswood Community Services Mission: Neighbors helping neighbors. Ravenswood Community Services (RCS) provides meals and groceries to neighbors in need in the Uptown and Ravenswood communities on the north side of Chicago.

Chipride Volunteering Mission: Chipride Volunteering connects Chicago’s diverse LGBTQ+ community and allies through unified volunteerism.
