ChiPride Volunteer + Soldier Field Bears Game + UCPSeguin
Join us at the Bears + Buccaneers Game!
Date: Sunday, November 8, 2026
Location: 1410 Special Olympics Drive, Chicago, IL 60605; Gate 22 is for check-in
Time:  Volunteers should report at 3:00 PM ; the end time is when the game ends.

Description: Volunteers will be assisting at our concession stand at Soldier Field. Duties may include taking food and beverage orders, operating the register, preparing and serving food items, stocking supplies, and helping keep the stand clean and organized throughout the event. No prior experience is required, and we will provide training before the event begins. A portion of sales go directly to UCPSeguin Nonprofit.
  • Check-in will begin at 3:00 PM. Our stand number is TBD
  • If you are arriving by car, please park in McCormick Place Parking Lot C (2227 Fort Dearborn Dr, Chicago, IL 60616), located next to the Arie Crown Theater. Please see the images attached to this email for a visual guide.

  • Once you park your car, follow the signs to exit the building to take the shuttle.
  •  Make sure to take your parking ticket; you may be asked to show it at check-in to receive a voucher for free parking.

  • Once the shuttle drops you off, please walk to the stadium and head to Gate 22 for check-in. There will be a sign that says “NFP Check-in”; UCP Seguin will be listed on the sign. You will receive your credentials and then be directed into the stadium.

  • You will be provided with a uniform shirt, a meal, water, and snacks.
  • After entering the building, head to Gate 28 to get your family meal and water. Please take what you need for the evening. Any additional food you want from the stands must be purchased.

  • Once the meal and uniform are picked up, please proceed to stand number TBD. Follow the signs to the stand. QR codes in the employee section will provide detailed directions to the stand.

If this is your first time volunteering with us, please follow the instructions. If you are a returning volunteer, you don’t need to do this again.

  • Please use the links below to complete Levy Training.  The Home/Location will be SOLDIER FIELD; Group/Company will be UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago

  • Wear comfortable black closed-toe shoes, Black Pants (no jeans, leggings, or yoga pants), Black Shirt. You will be given a uniform shirt to wear at the Stadium
  • Concessions, supplies, and pricing information will be reviewed on-site.
